• 100% refund up to 24 hours before arrival and 50% beyond. 

• Reimbursement of remaining nights if force majeure occurs during the stay (such as confinement linked to Covid-19).

Arrival from 4 p.m. in general and in total autonomy. No need for an appointment to hand over the keys, they will be at your disposal in a secure box.

Departure no later than 11 a.m. to allow full cleaning service and a time slot of at least 3 hours between departures and arrivals.
