Flexible cancellation conditions :

• 100% refund up to 24 hours before arrival  

• Reimbursement of the remaining nights if a case of force majeure occurs during the stay (such as confinement linked to Covid-19).

Arrival from 3 p.m. in general and in total autonomy. No need for an appointment to hand over the keys, they will be at your disposal in a secure box.

Departure at 12 noon at the latest to allow full cleaning service and a time slot of at least 3 hours between departures and arrivals.

After booking, you will have access to a "traveller" application allowing you to better plan your trip and prepare your stay by helping you identify the places of interest and activities offered in Vichy and the region .
